Note that for mosquito numbers 0 - 50 mosquitoes = "Low", 51 - 100 = "Medium",
101 - 1,000 = "High", 1,001 - 10,000 = "Very High", >10,000 = "Extreme".

19/Apr/2006: Lambert Park trapped 'medium' numbers (85), with 70 Ochlerotatus notoscriptus. All other sites produced a 'low' catch.

11/Apr/2006: Lambert Park trapped 'high' numbers (106), with 85 Ochlerotatus notoscriptus. All other sites produced a 'low' catch.

4/Apr/2006: Maze park trapped 'medium' mosquito numbers, with a collection of 51 dominated by 48 Ochlerotatus notoscriptus. All other sites produced a 'low' catch.

28/Mar/2006: All sites trapped 'low' numbers.

22/Mar/2006: Wharf Road had a 'medium' catch of 78 mosquitoes, with 56 Ochlerotatus vigilax. All other sites produced a 'low' catch.

14/Mar/2006: Mosquito numbers were well up this week, following breeding of Ochlerotatus vigilax. Wharf Road had the highest collection of the season, trapping 947 mosquitoes ('high' numbers), dominated by 924 Ochlerotatus vigilax. Maze Park had a 'high' catch of 209 mosquitoes, dominated by 130 Ochlerotatus vigilax. Lambert Park produced 'high' numbers (190), with 78 Ochlerotatus vigilax. Miriam Park also yielded a 'high' collection (106), with 74 Ochlerotatus vigilax. The Golf Course yielded 'medium' numbers (98), with 72 Ochlerotatus vigilax. A 'medium' collection of 77 was produced from Darvall Park, with 38 Ochlerotatus vigilax.

9/Mar/2006: Lambert park produced the only 'high' collection this week, trapping 103 mosquitoes, dominated by 95 Ochlerotatus notoscriptus. Maze Park yielded 'medium' numbers (61), with 37 Ochlerotatus notoscriptus. All other sites produced a 'low' catch. Darvall Park had a trap failure.

2/Mar/2006: Wharf Road trapped 'medium' numbers (67), with 49 Culex sitiens. Lambert Park also had 'medium' numbers (94), with 76 Ochlerotatus notoscriptus. All other sites trapped 'low' numbers.

24/Feb/2006: All sites trapped 'low' mosquito numbers.

14/Feb/2006: Wharf Road had a 'medium' collection of 74, with 55 Ochlerotatus vigilax. Lambert Park had the only 'high' collection, trapping 102 mosquitoes, dominated bby 77 Ochlerotatus notoscriptus. All other sites trapped 'low' numbers.

10/Feb/2006: Lambert Park had a 'medium' catch of 80, with 69 Ochlerotatus notoscriptus. All other sites trapped 'low' numbers.

31/Jan/2006: Mosquito numbers are down upon the previous week. Lambert Park had the only 'high' collection, trapping 198 mosquitoes, dominated bby 158 Ochlerotatus notoscriptus. Both Wharf Road and Maze Park yielded 'medium' numbers (87 and 68 respectively). At Wharf Road Ochlerotatus vigilax (54) was the most common species, while Ochlerotatus notoscriptus (33) was the main species trapped at Maze Park.  All other sites trapped 'low' numbers.

24/Jan/2006: Wharf Road continues with the 'high' collections, yielding 259 mosquitoes, with 235 Ochlerotatus vigilax. Maze Park also had a 'high' collection with 103, including 44 Ochlerotatus vigilax. Lambert Park collected 'high' numbers (154), with 107 Ochlerotatus notoscriptus. Darvall Park produced a 'medium' catch of 92, with 84 Ochlerotatus notoscriptus. All other sites trapped 'low' numbers.

18/Jan/2006: Wharf Road again had a 'high' collection, yielding 149 mosquitoes, with 140 Ochlerotatus vigilax. Maze Park had a 'medium' collection of 67, with 42 Ochlerotatus vigilax. All other sites trapped 'low' numbers.

13/Jan/2006: Wharf Road trapped 'high' mosquito numbers, the 156 collected was dominated by 152 Ochlerotatus vigilax. Maze Park had a 'medium' collection of 57, with 19 Ochlerotatus vigilax. Miriam Park also yielded 'medium' numers (52), with 40 Ochlerotatus vigilax. All other sites trapped 'low' numbers.

20/Dec/2005: Lambert Park yielded a 'medium' catch of 53, with 40 Ochlerotatus notoscriptus. 'Low' numbers were trapped at all other sites.

16/Dec/2005: Wharf Road trapped 'high' numbers (116), dominated by 81 Ochlerotatus vigilax. Maze Park had a 'high' collection of 113 mosquitoes, which included 87 Ochlerotatus notoscriptus. Lambert Park also yielded 'high' numbers (131), with 96 Ochlerotatus notoscriptus. All other sites trapped 'low' numbers.

6/Dec/2005: Both Maze and Lambert Park trapped 'medium' numbers with 82 and 59 mosquitoes respectively, with Ochlerotatus notoscriptus dominant at both sites (70 &37). All other sites trapped 'low' numbers.

9/Nov/2005: Maze Park yielded a 'medium' collection of 77 mosquitoes, with 70 Ochlerotatus notoscriptus. All other sites trapped 'low' numbers.
