Note that for mosquito numbers 0 - 50 mosquitoes = "Low", 51 - 100 = "Medium",
101 - 1,000 = "High", 1,001 - 10,000 = "Very High", >10,000 = "Extreme".

24/Mar/2004: George Kendall Reserve was the only site to trap numbers higher than 'medium', with a total of 72 mosquitoes, including 38 Ochlerotatus vigilax.

24/Mar/2004: Mosquito numbers continue to drop and were 'low' from all sites except George Kendall Reserve, which trapped 'medium' numbers (64) including 42 Ochlerotatus vigilax.

17/Mar/2004: Mosquito collections were lower this week. George Kendall Reserve trapped 'high' numbers (149), with 84 Ochlerotatus vigilax. Eric Primrose Reserve collected 'medium' numbers (85), with 40 Ochlerotatus vigilax. All other sites yielded 'low' numbers.

10/Mar/2004: Mosquito numbers were again up, with a 'high' collection from George Kendall Reserve of 789, with almost all (734) being Ochlerotatus vigilax. Eric Primrose Reserve collected 'medium' numbers (53), with 33 Ochlerotatus vigilax. All other sites yielded 'low' numbers.

3/Mar/2004: The big collection of last week was not repeated and numbers were 'low' from all sites.

25/Feb/2004: There was a big increase in numbers from George Kendall Reserve, with a 'high' collection of 935 mosquitoes, dominated by 775 Ochlerotatus vigilax. Eric Primrose Reserve collected 'medium' numbers (59), with 31 Ochlerotatus vigilax. All other sites yielded 'low' numbers.

18/Feb/2004: 'High' numbers continue from George Kendall Reserve, with a total of 189 mosquitoes, dominated by 167 Ochlerotatus vigilax. Eric Primrose Reserve collected 'medium' numbers (59), with 51 Ochlerotatus vigilax. All other sites yielded 'low' numbers.

11/Feb/2004: Numbers were again 'high' from both George Kendall Reserve and Eric Primrose Reserve, with a total of 217 and 101 mosquitoes respectively and Ochlerotatus vigilax (116 & 72) dominated at both sites. All other sites yielded 'low' numbers.

4/Feb/2004: Numbers were 'high' from both George Kendall Reserve and Eric Primrose Reserve, with a total of 380 and 121 mosquitoes respectively and Ochlerotatus vigilax (189 & 105) dominated at both sites. All other sites yielded 'low' numbers.

29/Jan/2004: Numbers were down this week. George Kendall Reserve trapped 'medium' numbers (80), dominated by 61 Ochlerotatus vigilax. Eric Primrose Reserve also collected 'medium' numbers (58), with 50 Ochlerotatus vigilax. All other sites yielded 'low' numbers.

21/Jan/2004: The largest collection for the season was made this week, with a 'high' trap of 589 mosquitoes from George Kendall Reserve, dominated by 543 Ochlerotatus vigilax. All other sites yielded 'low' numbers.

14/Jan/2004: Collections were 'low' from all sites excluding George Kendall Reserve, which yielded 'medium' numbers (84), dominated by 45 Culex annulirostris.

7/Jan/2004: Eric Primrose Reserve trapped the highest number of mosquitoes for this season to date, with a total of 237, including 175 Ochlerotatus vigilax. George Kendall Reserve yielded 'medium' numbers (90), predominately Ochlerotatus vigilax (84). All other sites trapped 'low' numbers.

17/Dec/2003: George Kendall Reserve collected 'medium' numbers (73), with 33 Ochlerotatus vigilax. All other sites trapped 'low' numbers. All other sites trapped 'low' numbers.

10/Dec/2003: George Kendall Reserve trapped 'high' mosquito numbers with a collection of 146, dominated by the saltmarsh mosquito, Ochlerotatus vigilax.

3/Dec/2003: The first collection of the year yielded 'low' numbers from all sites, excluding George Kendal Reserve, which had a 'medium' collection of 58 mosquitoes, including 20 Ochlerotatus vigilax.
