9/4/2003: 'High' numbers (352) continue from George Kendall Reserve, dominated by 236 Ochlerotatus vigilax. Eric Primrose Reserve yielded 'medium' numbers (69), with 50 Ochlerotatus vigilax. All other sites trapped 'low' numbers.

3/4/2003: Some big collections are still being made with 'high' numbers from both George Kendall Reserve and Eric Primrose Reserve. George Kendall trapped 181 mosquitoes, with 116 Ochlerotatus vigilax. Eric Primrose Reserve yielded 111, dominated by 89 Ochlerotatus vigilax. All other sites trapped 'low' numbers.

28/3/2003: Numbers are down this week. George Kendall Reserve trapped 'medium' numbers (79), with 49 Ochlerotatus vigilax. Eric Primrose Reserve trapped 'high' numbers (123), with 110 Ochlerotatus vigilax. Carson Street yielded 'medium' numbers (58), with 39 Ochlerotatus vigilax. Eccles Park trapped 'low' numbers. Pennant Parade had a trap failure.

20/3/2003: Numbers continue to be up with large catches of Ochlerotatus vigilax from some sites. George Kendall Reserve trapped 'high' numbers (391), including 291 Ochlerotatus vigilax. Eric Primrose Reserve trapped 'high' numbers (212), with 158 Ochlerotatus vigilax. Carson Street, Pennant Parade and Eccles Park trapped 'low' numbers.

11/3/2003: Numbers continue to be up with large catches of Ochlerotatus vigilax. George Kendall Reserve trapped 'high' numbers (429), including 406 Ochlerotatus vigilax. Carson Street also had a 'high' collection (219), again dominated by Ochlerotatus vigilax (204). Eric Primrose Reserve trapped 'high' numbers (141), with 141 Ochlerotatus vigilax. The other sites trapped 'low' numbers.

6/3/2003: Mosquito numbers have risen following recent hatchings of Ochlerotatus vigilax. George Kendall Reserve trapped 'high' numbers (289), including 260 Ochlerotatus vigilax. Eric Primrose Reserve also trapped 'high' numbers (248) and was also dominated by Ochlerotatus vigilax (245). Carson Street had a 'medium' collection of 82 mosquitoes, with 60 Ochlerotatus vigilax. The other sites trapped 'low' numbers.

26/2/2003: Numbers were again down this week, with only Eric Primrose Reserve and George Kendall Reserve trapping 'medium' or higher mosquito numbers. George Kendall Reserve collected 60 mosquitoes, with 52 Ochlerotatus vigilax. Eric Primrose Reserve trapped 69, including 62 Ochlerotatus vigilax. Pennant Parade had a partial trap failure.

19/2/2003: Mosquito numbers are slightly down upon the previous weeks. George Kendall Reserve trapped 'high' numbers (174), with 155 Ochlerotatus vigilax. Carson Street collected 'medium' numbers (98) mosquitoes, including 84 Ochlerotatus vigilax. Eccles Park had a 'medium' collection (94), including 92 Ochlerotatus vigilax. Eric Primrose Reserve trapped 'medium' numbers (65), including 58 Ochlerotatus vigilax. Pennant Parade trapped 'low' numbers.

13/2/2003: 'High' collections were yielded from several sites this week. George Kendall Reserve trapped 270  mosquitoes, with 234 Ochlerotatus vigilax. Carson Street collected 102 mosquitoes, including 85 Ochlerotatus vigilax. Eric Primrose Park trapped 253, with 228 Ochlerotatus vigilax. Eccles Park had a 'medium' collection (68), including 63 Ochlerotatus vigilax. Pennant Parade trapped 'low' numbers.

6/2/2003: Numbers were down this week, although 'high' numbers were trapped at George Kendall Reserve and Carson Street. George Kendall Reserve collected 294 mosquitoes, dominated by 276 Ochlerotatus vigilax. Carson Street trapped 122, with 93 Ochlerotatus vigilax. Eric Primrose Reserve trapped 'medium' numbers, including 50 Ochlerotatus vigilax. All other sites trapped 'low' numbers.

31/1/2003: Mosquito numbers were even higher this week, with a 'very high' collection of 1485 from George Kendall Reserve, being dominated by Ochlerotatus vigilax (1397). Eric Primrose Reserve had a 'high' collection (364 mosquitoes), including 329 Ochlerotatus vigilax. Eccles Park trapped 'medium' numbers (78), with 61 Ochlerotatus vigilax. The other sites collected 'low' numbers.

21/1/2003: The highest number collected this season were trapped during the week. George Kendall Reserve had a 'high' yield of 310 mosquitoes being predominantly Ochlerotatus vigilax (260). Carson Street trapped 'medium' numbers (50), with 35 Ochlerotatus notoscriptus. Pennant Parade and Eccles Park trapped 'low' numbers. Eric Primrose Park had a 'medium' collection (55) again dominated by Ochlerotatus vigilax.

14/1/2003: Numbers had decline this week. Pennant Parade had a 'medium' (59) collection, with 30 Ochlerotatus vigilax, while Eric Primrose Park also had a 'medium' catch of 56, including 51 Ochlerotatus vigilax. All other sites yielded 'low' mosquito numbers.

7/1/2003: A 'high' collection of 104 was yielded from George Kendall Reserve, dominated by 91 Ochlerotatus vigilax. Eric Primrose Reserve had a 'medium' collection (67), with 27 Ochlerotatus vigilax. Eccles Park, Casron Street and Pennant Parade all trapped 'low' numbers.
