101 - 1,000 = "High", 1,001 - 10,000 = "Very High", >10,000 = "Extreme".

24/4/2001: Numbers were 'low' from all sites.

10/4/2001: Numbers have continued to decline and were 'low' from all sites, including the extra trap set at Werrington.

3/4/2001: Overall numbers are down upon the previous week and mostly 'medium'. The STP trapped 66 mosquitoes, with 35 Culex annulirostris. Leonay collected 'low' numbers. The ADI yielded 78 mosquitoes, with 54 Mansonia uniformis. An additional site at Werrington resulted in another 'medium' collection of 60 mosquitoes and Culex quinquefasciatus (33) was the main species.

28/3/2001: The STP yielded 'medium' numbers (68) this week, with 21 Culex annulirostris. Leonay trapped 'high' mosquito numbers (166), with 89 Aedes notoscriptus. The ADI had a 'medium' collection (81), with 32 Anopheles annulipes. An extra trap from Werrington yielded 'low' numbers.

20/3/2001: This week yielded one of the highest collections to date. The STP had 'high' numbers (337), with 98 Culex annulirostris. Leonay also had a 'high' collection of 138 mosquitoes, with 63 Aedes notoscriptus. The ADI trapped 'medium' numbers (50), with 22 Culex annulirostris.

13/3/2001: Numbers are slightly down this week. The STP trapped 'medium' numbers (97) with 30 Culex annulirostris.  Leonay trapped 'low' numbers. The ADI  had 'medium' numbers (58), with 47 Culex annulirostris.

6/3/2001: The STP continues with 'high' numbers (117), with 91 Culex annulirostris.  Leonay had a 'medium' collection (66), with 35 Aedes notoscriptus. The ADI trapped 'low' numbers.

27/2/2001: Elevated numbers continue. The STP trapped 'high' numbers (183), with 87 Culex annulirostris.  Leonay had a 'medium' collection of 84 mosquitoes, with 48 Aedes notoscriptus. The ADI also had 'medium' numbers (55), with 41 Culex annulirostris.

20/2/2001: Big numbers continue, with 'high' collections from all sites. The STP trapped 250 mosquitoes, with 185 Culex annulirostris. Leonay yielded 218 mosquites, with 88 Culex annulirostris and 93 Aedes notoscriptus. The ADI collected 103, with 71 Culex annulirostris.

15/2/2001: A huge jump in numbers was experienced this week with the most mosquitoes collected to date this season and populations were 'high' from all sites. The STP trapped 551 mosquitoes, with 264 Culex annulirostris. Leonay yielded 248 mosquitoes, with 125 Culex annulirostris. The ADI site collected 136, with 109 Culex annulirostris.

8/2/2001: Numbers were 'low' from all sites.

31/1/2001: Numbers were 'low' from Leonay (rainy night).

8/1/2001: All site trapped 'low' numbers with the cool night.

18/12/2000: The STP was the only site to trap mosquitoes, with a 'high' collection of 148 and Culex quinquefasciatus (51) was the main species.

11/12/2000: Both the STP and Huntington Reserve had 'medium' numbers with 75 and 52 mosquitoes respectively. Aedes notoscriptus was the dominate species from both sites. The ADI had 'low' numbers.
