28/3/99: Both sites trapped low mosquito numbers. All chickens tested negative for flaviviruses.
21/3/99: Site 1 had a high collection (414), with 405 Cx. annulirostris. Site 2 had low numbers. All chickens tested negative for flaviviruses.
14/3/99: Site 1 had medium collections (98), with 85 Cx. annulirostris. Low numbers were trapped at site 2. All chickens tested negative for flaviviruses.
7/3/99: Site 1 had medium numbers (64), with 59 Cx. annulirostris. All chickens tested negative for flaviviruses. Site 2 had high numbers, although lower that previous weeks. From site 2, there was a total of 188 mosquitoes with 172 Cx. annulirostris.
28/2/99: High numbers (362), were collected from site 1, with 298 Cx. annulirostris. Site 2 had low numbers.
21/2/99: High numbers (403), were collected from site 1, with 334 Cx. annulirostris. Site 2 had low numbers. All chickens tested negative for flaviviruses.
14/2/99: High mosquito numbers (577) were collected from site 1, with 543 Cx. annulirostris. Site 2 had medium collections (63), with 60 Cx. annulirostris. All chickens tested negative for flaviviruses.
9/2/99: All chickens tested negative for flaviviruses.
7/2/99: Site 1 had high mosquito collections (351), with 306 Cx. annulirostris. Low numbers were collected at site 2.
1/2/99: All chickens tested negative.
31/1/99: Very high collections (1283) were made at site 1, with 1210 Cx. annulirostris (note that this is around three times the long term average). Site 2 had high collections (219), with 205 Cx. annulirostris.
24/1/99: High mosquito collections (634) were made at site 1, with 609 Cx. annulirostris. Site 2 also had high collections (166), with 162 Cx. annulirostris. All chickens tested negative.
12/1/99: all chickens were tested
negative from the initial bleed at Griffith.
